Sports Minister Denies Approving Milovan as Black Stars Coach
The Ministry of Youth, Sports and Culture has denied reports that it has given its approval for the appointment of Milovan Rajevac as the new head coach for the Black Stars.
It was reported that the Serbian strategist had shown up in Ghana to take up the coaching job after C.K Akonnor
The Information also revealed that the Sports Ministry after a meeting with the Ghana FA approved the appointment of Milovan Rajevac and agreed a monthly salary of $45,000 for the coach.
Speaking to Angel FM today, Deputy Sports Minister Hon. Evans Owusu Bobie has said no approval has been given by his outfit.
“We haven’t Approved Milo as Black Stars Coach, We are yet to get GFA board of trustees’ report.
“Per our checks as a Ministry we have not seen Milo, we have not gotten any report from the FA with respect to the arrangement of another mentor,”
