2020 Elections: Follow your predecessors and hand over peacefully not in pieces – Akando to Akufo-Addo.

The  Member of Parliament for Sefwi Juaboso, Kwabena Mintah Akando has assured party supporters that the party’s hierarchy has developed a strong and positive momentum for victory 2020.

Mr Mintah Akando says the reason being that while the National Democratic Congress (NDC) is on grounds working tirelessly to win power, the NPP is on radio and television feeding Ghanaians with lies.

He revealed that, their party was fully prepared for power starting from the new voter registration exercise.

Notwithstanding the assurance for victory in December polls, the NDC MP continued to advised president Akufo-Addo to hand over peacefully when he loses the election.

Kwabena Mintah Akando said as his predecessors handed over without violence to him, he must not hand over in pieces.

“I would want to believe that His Excellency Nana Addo Danquah Akufo-Addo is losing on 22nd December, 2020, and must do the needful by handing over peacefully as he was handed over but not in pieces or violence”.

His comment follows during NDC’s Running Mate tour to Sefwi Kwasi Adu-Krom in Bodi district of the Western North Region.
