Abandoned Projects: ‘So many things should have been done to make the project beneficial to many people’ Prof Jane Naana Opoku Agyemang

The running mate for the National Democratic Congress Professor Jane Naana Opoku Agyamang, has expressed worry over former president John Dramani Mahama’s projects which have been intentionally abandoned by the NPP government in the Western North Region. Mentioning few were Sefwi Asafo E-Block in Wiawso municipality, Kwasikrom Nurse’s quarters in Bodi district, Sefwi Asempaneye E-Block in Juaboso and others.

Professor Jane Naana Opoku Agyemang as part of her four days tour to the region inspected an E-Block at Sefwi Asempaneye in Juaboso district which according her has been abandoned.

According to Professor Jane Naana Opoku Agyamang, “so many things should have been done to make the project beneficial to many people”. She described the state of project as a financial loss to the state, “and I think it’s unacceptable”.

The iron rod and cement meant for the construction had been stolen from the site, and left over of sand, blocks and gravels at construction site.
