Police Arrest Suspect In Viral Video Assaulting a Suspect

The Ghana Police Service has arrested suspect Sibamay Zakaria who was captured in a viral video assaulting a suspect.

The suspect in a viral video on social media, is seen dishing out a slap to a Pastor who is said to have condemned the Islamic Religion while streaming on TikTok live.

The slap landed on the cheeks of the Pastor, who was handcuffed after he was arrested for making some inciteful comments via social media.

The suspect is in custody assisting the investigation and will be put before the court.

Meanwhile, the Police Professional Standards Bureau is investigating the circumstances surrounding the incident and all persons found culpable will be taken through the necessary disciplinary processes.
